Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the SafeOnionplatform ("the Service"), operated by Atoipa BV (VAT: BE1029.620.752), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

SafeOnion provides on-demand, isolated Tor browser containers designed for lawful security research, incident response, threat intelligence, and digital forensics. The Service includes:

• Ephemeral Tor browser containers
• Cloud-based file storage for evidence collection
• A web-based IDE for file review and analysis
• Full container cleanup upon session termination

The Service is intended exclusively for professional security purposes. Atoipa BV makes no guarantees regarding the availability or performance of the Tor network itself.

You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Incident response and digital forensics investigations
• Threat intelligence gathering and dark web monitoring
• Security research and vulnerability assessment
• Law enforcement investigations (with proper authorization)

You expressly agree that you will not use the Service for any illegal, criminal, or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Purchasing, selling, or distributing illegal goods or services
• Accessing, distributing, or storing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Conducting cyberattacks, hacking, or unauthorized access to computer systems
• Money laundering or financing of terrorism
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Circumventing sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions

Atoipa BV reserves the right to immediately terminate your account and report any suspected illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Atoipa BV is NOT liable for any actions, activities, or conduct of its users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Atoipa BV makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atoipa BV shall not be liable for:

• Any content accessed, viewed, downloaded, or interacted with through the Tor network via the Service
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Any data loss, security breaches, or unauthorized access resulting from third-party actions
• Any legal consequences arising from your activities while using the Service

You acknowledge that you use the Service entirely at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for your actions and compliance with all applicable laws.

Containers are fully destroyed upon session termination. No browsing data, cookies, or session state persists after shutdown.

Files downloaded to cloud storage remain available until you choose to delete them. You are responsible for managing and securing your own cloud storage contents.

Atoipa BV may collect minimal usage metadata (session duration, resource consumption) for billing and operational purposes. We do not monitor, log, or inspect the content of your browsing sessions.

Access to the Service requires a paid monthly subscription. In addition to the subscription fee, usage-based charges apply for container uptime, billed per minute.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Atoipa BVreserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

Each SafeOnion account and its associated container sessions are licensed for use by a single natural person. You must not share your login credentials, active sessions, or account access with any other individual.

Multi-person access to a single account may be permitted only if the account holder requests and receives prior written approval from Atoipa BV, specifying each authorized individual. Atoipa BV reserves the right to deny any such request at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Where multi-person access is granted, Atoipa BV may apply adjusted pricing to reflect the additional usage. Such pricing changes will be communicated in writing before they take effect.

Unauthorized account sharing constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Atoipa BV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• Atoipa BV suspects the Service is being used for illegal purposes
• Required by law or court order

Upon termination, your access to the Service and all associated data (including cloud storage) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atoipa BV, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium.

Atoipa BV may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service interface. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
